Three generations, one pot of broth
Lan opened this kitchen in 2011 with her daughter Mai, cooking the phở she learned from her mother in Saigon. Today Mai's son Kevin runs the front of house, and Lan still tastes every pot before the doors open.
We make everything in-house: the broth, the pickled carrots and daikon, the lemongrass pork, and the chili oil people keep asking to buy by the jar.
